Complaints Procedure

 

At MERIT Securities we are committed to providing you with first class customer service. For that, we welcome any feedback or complaints you may have.

 

For any issue or complaint that you experienced with us, you can contact our staff or submit your complaint in any of the following ways:

  • By calling the Customer Service at +30 214 100 8800.
  • By filling in and sending us by e-mail the Complaint Form
  • By sending a letter with your contact details and the relevant issue.

 

The responsible persons of our Company will examine your issue carefully and will answer you in writing, within 30 working days. If further time is needed to examine it, you will be notified.

 

In case our answer did not satisfy you, you can contact the Hellenic Financial Ombudsman - www.hobis.gr or at the Hellenic Capital Market Commission - www.hcmc.gr.
